Following the work carried out in sensory design, “(re)Sentir Lavaur, sensitive maps of the city”, proposed by a group of students from ISCID Montauban, OSMOART and the Tarn-Agout intercommunal tourist office, OSMOART offers 4 fragrant walks to (re)discover the town of Lavaur.
Take the air to breathe, take the air to inspire, take the air to be inspired, take the air to smell…a day, a day-nose, a day with a nose.
Through an olfactory walk, Pierre Bénard, artisan-perfumer, based in Lavaur, invites you to take a breath of oxygen and odorous molecules.
An olfactory journey through the historic Cathar heart of Lavaur, the town where he set up his creation house and osmotheque.
A “nose hike” from the shared OSMOART scent garden to the Roman road that runs along the Agout river and the Cathedral of St Alain.
A very original and avant-garde way to (re)discover the heritage of Lavaur from a new angle!
VAUREEN OLFACTORY STREET ART
On the occasion of these visits and walks, we will perfume the rue Villeneuve where we sit with why not a hint of jasmine flower, a white flower, to evoke the perfume of Dame Guiraude, daughter of Blanche de Laurac.
