In autumn 2023, a new temporary exhibition will take over from “Mummies” at the Museum of Toulouse.
This exhibition will deal with the links between biodiversity (fauna, flora) and sexuality.
In the second half of 2023, Pierre Bénard, perfumer-creator, will offer an olfactory conference at the Jardins du Museum in Borderouge) where he will weave the intimate and fragrant links that exist between humans, fauna and flora.
This through examples of olfactory relationships between plants and insects; by pollination; thanks to pheromones; distinguish vomeronasal system in humans from that of olfaction, intimate relationships through smell in communication between animals (cats, dogs, deer, …), intimate olfactory relationships between plants…
This walk will continue in the gardens of the Toulouse Museum in Borderouge.
